Coffeefrom at the Singapore Design Week
On the occasion of the Singapore Design Week, from 16th-25th September 2022 we will take part to “SUBSTANCE – Italian Green Design Innovation” at the National Design Centre, realized by the Italian Embassy of Singapore. The exhibition aims at presenting the most innovative solutions of green design and new materials from wastes conceived by Italian projects and realities operating in the circular economy field.
Substance – Italian Green Design Innovation
On the occasion of the Singapore Design Week 2022, “SUBSTANCE – Italian Green Design Innovation” is the exhibition realized by the Italian Embassy of Singapore in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency and the support of Design Singapore Council, Faci Asia Pacific and Italian Women Group.
The initiative, curated by Giulia Poli, will be hosted at the National Design Centre from 16th to 25th September 2022 and will present innovative solutions in the field of green design. The exhibition will investigate emerging technologies and materials to create new design objects that reduce the impact on the natural environment. Set up by the architect Raffaele Rogaia, the exhibition will take the visitor inside some thematic sections (From waste to art, Social sustainability, Reinventing the fashion industry, Design inspired by nature, Rethinking the design of everyday products, and E-waste), where virtuous solutions and new families of materials developed from waste will be exhibited.

Seminario “Design Responsibility for future”
Within the exhibition, on September 23rd 2022 we will join the seminar “Design Responsibility for future” at National Design Centre of Singapore. Italian and Singaporean scholars and designers will discuss the impact of new materials and sustainable processes for the future of design.
